Extensive brecky menu, a welcome change from the usual full english. Bacon very overcooked and dry, but rest was great. Have had good lunches in the past too, high quality ingredients.

I love it when you chance upon somewhere and it's outstanding. My daughter and I had met up during a busy day in the area and needed a sandwich and coffee, having missed lunch. We decided to go for the afternoon tea and it was wonderful! Instead of the usual finger sandwiches there were a variety of open French bread... More

I have been taking my children here after school for ice cream for some time. We all love that they serve the ice cream in tea cups when you sit at a table as opposed to in the window. However in the autumn they ran out of cones and said they wouldn't be having any more in until the spring/summer,... More

My fiancé & I live literally around the corner from Dutsons, yet having moved to the area some time ago, still hadn't gotten around to trying this lovely looking little deli. Today we did, unfortunately I wished we hadn't. Bobbed in for lunch: all seemed well, my partner ordered the pulled pork sandwich and I ordered a Greek salad. In... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Im glad your partner enjoyed the Pulled Pork. I do apologise that your disappointment was miss judged by our team, as it sounds as though one of our very popular dishes was not up to standard. I would like to welcome you back to let us show you that we... More

I didn't get chance to have a coffee as I had two small service dogs with me and was told the cafe was too small to accept dogs. I suggest you either visit the Midland in Marple Bridge or Dutsons in Hayfield both dog friendly and with a varied menu.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I remember having the conversation with you. With space being so limited there between tables it would be a health and safety risk, so we came to the decision that we wouldn't allow dogs in since we have opened. On the day you said that they were service dogs but... More

I loved that the opening times were so flexible and I was able to visit for my daily coffee before work and picked up my daughter after work.

Sunday morning breakfast, prior to a walk, very busy, 3 English breakfasts and 1 bubble and squeak, squeak needed more flavour, and the toast was a little to thin making it very brittle, otherwise it was a good feast.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to visit us again. All of our dishes are prepared fresh to order so there is normally a wait of about 15 minutes, longer if other orders are also being prepared. We do not generally have ice in stock in the winter months as there is little demand for it, so I am... More

I love this place, we frequently go for brunch and are never disappointed! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a lovely breakfast or lunch. We haven't been for dinner yet, but hopefully soon!
