Fabulous pub in a wonderful setting. Warm and friendly staff. Dogs and children allowed. Eat in the bar or restaurant (no dogs here). Varied menu especially in summer when there is a variety of fish on menu. Good well cooked food and plenty of it.

Enjoyed a meal in the bar at Pentre Arms. Good choice of beers and food, with friendly bar staff. Home made steak pie was excellent.

Really popular, bustling pub and restaurant that serves consistent family favourites like lasagne, chicken korma, steak and kidney pie, ribs and burgers. Great staff and a real keenness to please. Book ahead during school holidays.

Yes we took our dog with no problems at all. You just can't take them in the restaurant but can have the bar menu in the main area.
