If you couldn't get to try their red sea urchin (limited per day), just order their best seller, sea urchin + salmon roe + crab meat. Everytime you put the salmon roe into your mouth, you will feel the yolk splashing out into your mouth!

sea urchin rice bowl set is a must-order item, during summer, u have to reach there at 9:45am if you want to try red sea urchin bowl which is provided 30 sets per day

This is the best uni I had so far, much better than those in city or market. Fresh and no fishy taste. The price is nearly 1/3 cheaper than the city as well. Will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

We found this place by popular Japanese magazine. This place is known for fresh Uni-don that the owner/fisher man catches uni (and other seafood) every day and serves on that day, so that it is super fresh and the quantity is limited day by day....More

Fresh and value worth seafood don. Fresh Uni is not available at the time of the year, but the rest on the menu are as good.

不便な場所にありましたが、レンタカーで探し当てて行きました。 生ウニ丼を頼み、うわさのクリーミーなウニを心行くまで堪能しました。 みょうばんに浸けられていないウニって、こんな味なんですね・・・ Even if you have not been fascinated with sea urchin before, you would find their sea urchin very different from one you have tasted. If you miss it while coming nearby, it would be one of the hugest mistakes

We had the Yellow Uni 1st week June, red Uni only available mid-Jun to mid-Aug in Shakotan. Most places ban sea urchin harvesting in October during the spawning season, and since the meat is not very plump during November... More
