We were staying locally and met up with friends. Beautiful old pub very atmospheric. Dog friendly too. Food was very good. A good choice of pub staples for lunch. Burger was good quality and very tasty. Good choice of gins. Would recommend

Despite COVID an excellent evening out. Great food, exceptionally good service. Only thing that could be mention in menu was on the small side (number of dishes). Reasonable value for money as well

Lovely old pub. Everyone there was really welcoming. Absolutely fantastic food, the best steak and chips I've ever had! And dog friendly! I only wish this was my local.
