A great place for a Belgian experience. The setting is that of a Fin de Siecle brasserie, it opened in 1899. The service was great, our waiter was attentive without being intrusive and a real guide to the menu. Our meals were excellent. The stoemp was a delicious serving of mashed potato and onion, served with sausage and bacon. It... More

This is clearly a historic place, amazing fin de siecle decoration. Very polite and efficient waiters. Long list to eat, lots of moules and biers, as well as other plates just to nibble or to eat regularly. Ambiance and very good service, conveniently located in porte-de-namur. Good after the nearby movies. Apparently always full with locals. Good for everyday and... More

This is a place with good mussels and a selection of Trappist beers. The locals also eat here which makes it an interesting place. Since it is open long hours, the waiters can be tired at times but they make up with being friendly.

Went in thinking it was a tourist trap--I was completely off. The mussels were fantastic, with a good selection of beers. Service was efficient. Good safe bet for a good lunch--surrounded by locals!

Typical Belgian place with good traditional dishes and waiters who have been the for years and years and know what they are doing. Quick service and reasonable price level.

Great service also. We tried the chicon gratin. Very good and tasty. The croquettes duo was good but not outstanding. Recommended.

Good Belgian food. Local atmosphere and bistrot ambience. It was very busy on a Sunday. The mussels portions are huge... I wanted to try the Gofre, which looked amazing but I was too full!

This place is excellent for meeting with friends, especially a bit bigger group, up to five people. Service is excellent and the location is also good because it is close to metro and at the same time also close to center.

Very nice place, great staff. Tasty food. We took Irish stake and prawns with garlic, those were really good. One of good things was that kitchen was open after "average lunch time" that was 12.00-14.30. But on the expensive side.

Have visited a number of times both for lunch and evening meal . Was going to have a snack but as my companion said on my first visit I really enjoyed the rabbit stew , so I went for it and it was even better this time . She enjoyed the chicken in tarragon sauce .
