We came here for a business with a large group of 30 people or so. The restaurant itself has a warm feeling with a room downstairs et something upstairs that I could not see. We had 2 and sometimes a third waiter for 30 people which is not much. We arrived around 8pm, got the first at 845pm and the... More

Leonard Cohen singing in French, Mark Knofler and moody jazz. Complimentary cognac and a flower for the ladies. Food's fine, but not outstanding, good value for Brussels although didn't have enough staff so had to ask three times for the bill! Worth a visit.

After reading previous reviews we thought we would try this place on our last night. We were not disappointed. I ordered the chicken and my partner order the salmon. Both were of good sized portions. We were also offered a free aperitif after our meal. A nice touch. Will definitely be back here again. You will see a few people... More

I travel to Brussels on business frequently and have visited G-EA at least 20 times over a three year period. It is at the end of rue Jourdan, a pedestrian only and restaurant only street off Avenue Louise very close to Place Louise. I love whole fish and the Dorade (Sea Bream) and Bar (sea bass) are both excellent, and... More

we were staying nearby and came across this restaurant which had great value two and three course meals. The staff were lovely and the food was nice too. To top it off we were greeted with free apperotivos and roses. During our meal a group of roller bladders, cyclists and djs passed and provided some on street entertainment. Recommend this... More

Visited .G-EA and had the mussels with 'home made' sauce. They were outstanding, as was the house white wine (a Chardonnay). Even the fries were good.

We recently visited Brussels prior to embarking on a river cruise to Amsterdam. 6 of us just picked thus restaurant randomly, primarily because it was semi full early in the evening and seemed bustling. Cristos, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. Service was timely and glasses of wine filled without delay. Maria prepared excellent roasted sea bass and dorado... More

Just go to the end of this pedestrianized street that discover a hidden gem. It is here where you will find the best mussels in town. Christos (the owner) will greet you and treat you with the notion of the Greek philoxeny but this is not just the reason why you should try G-EA..so unpretentious good quality for a fair... More

A friend and I ate here one night. They have a special combos at varying price points. I had the Cheese Croquettes for a starter, though I would have been happy to order a couple more and make them a meal. They were very good. Then I got the spare ribs, and had every intention of getting dessert, however I... More

Stayed in Brussels for three nights mid June and ate here two of those nights, food is fantastic, cheese croquettes and beef carpaccio both highly recommended, steaks were also delicious. Complimentary aperitif and digestifs were a lovely touch and gladly received, service was great and highly entertaining. I would definitely return here in the future!
