Booked here after not eating here for a few months. As soon as we walked in we received a warm welcome and were shown to our table. We were told a new menu was being offered from tomorrow. The service was all right, something lacking, not too sure what. We were offered drinks straight away and the menus soon after,... More

Visited for an anniversary meal. Attentive staff but not intrusive, good service, didn't wait long even though was busy. Delicious food over 3 courses.

First visit to this restaurant in a couple of years to a birthday dinner. We were seated at a long table in the rear of the premises along with another party and the place was busy overall. We had pre ordered our meals as our party had 16 people in it. The service was excellent, the food very tasty, hot... More

I was here for Christmas lunch with a group of friends My starter of soup was tasty enough but could have been warmer. Turkey main course was fine but although the mash was creamy & smooth it was totally unseasoned & bland. The Christmas pudding smelled lovely but the taste didn't live up to expectations. Service was good & friendly.... More

Visited recently, not that impressed really, been to far better establishments. Food was ok, small portions however considering the cost, took far too long to serve each course. Waitresses need to smile more, and "nothing should be too much trouble", the younger member of staff could teach the other waitresses a thing or two. Don't really understand what the hype... More
