This is our local when we come to Vale do Lobo. This restaurant serves honest, good quality and tasty food, compared to some restaurants around the area. You can expect excellent and super friendly service here. The food is super tasty, offering varied options and...prices! There’s something for everyone’s taste. The deserts are also incredible! We thank Pasquale (we could practice our Spanish), Mario and all the staff for accommodating all our wishes and needs during our stay! Bit dubious about the menu but developed a sense of adventure and loved it! The two teens had great meals too. Bit of fish. Bit if meat. Great atmosphere. Friendly service. Would be very happy to go back - which we hope to do.

Tucked out of the way behind the kids club, so glad some friends took us there. We only ate mains as the children wanted to dash off to geckos. Steaks were good, pastas were very good and my duck dish was really tasty, though maybe...a touch mean on garnish. Our overall experience at U & Co was very good. Service really impressed and was impeccable even though they were quite busy, all staff were constantly patrolling the floor and available to assist. The food, we both had the beef carpaccio starter which was very...good, my wife had the pan fried duck breast with orange radicchio risotto which she thoroughly enjoyed, and couldn’t fault the presentation, cocking or taste. I ordered the Ribeye which looked a little lonely on the plate as everything was an addiction, given the €34 price it would have been nice to have a few steamed carrots or something as a base, I ordered fries and peppercorn sauce as sides. The steak was flavoursome and a good size. I did feel it was a bit meat heavy by the end. Deserts were peanut butter mousse and key lime pie both were reasonable deserts my wife found the peanut mousse a bit heavy and sickly for her taste, my key lime pie was decent but could take a lot more lime “probably as we have tasted the original in Key West” however a decent attempt. On conclusion if you are looking for a restaurant which has a nice feel, good live music some nights, with very attentive staff and decent food you can’t go too far wrong with U&Co. Best meal we had in Val De Lobo!, best service, lovely waiters and amazing food. The menu was the only one which was different to most of the restaurants there, very personalised and detailed. Thank you so much !

By far the best meal we had during our 10 days in this area of Portugal. The Seabass was superb, crispy skin just right and one of our party said they had never had a better Ribeye steak. There was an excellent selection on the...menu and I would recommend the prawn starter. Service was outstanding start to finish and I would urge a visit here for excellent cuisine. It’s not the cheapest but is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed I sure.More

We enjoyed a drink here one late afternoon after a beach walk and liked it so much that we returned for lunch 2 days later. The staff are friendly and efficient and speak excellent English. The outdoor restaurant, detached from the main Vale do Lobo...Praca, shaded by a huge sail, and sheltered from wind, has a lovely feel. The food was first class, really beautifully cooked and presented. We enjoyed our meal, so much that we have booked to return.More

Very nice- probably the nicest decoration and first impressions in the area second to Well. Yummy food- got the tagliatelle, steak, risotto, fish, and soup on the two occasions we went there, and were never let down. It was also surprisingly good value when compared...to other restaurants (with worse food). Very friendly service too!More
