Had dinner at the Barley Mow on two occasions whilst holidaying in Bonsall. Both the food and the atmosphere were great. the owners and Barman were welcoming and polite. Will be visiting again the next time I am in the area.

Had a lovely drive to Derbyshire and after trip advisor reviews looked for this pub. Disappointing limited menu. Flat beer and mediocre food. Appreciate it's a walkers/local pub but doesn't deserve the 5 star reviews.

Great range of real ales on tap. Here on a Saturday night, live music was on. Lively, friendly atmosphere with great beer. Landlady is a delight!

We were a group of 11 staying locally and decided to visit the local hostelry. We received a fantastic welcome, in an already busy pub, from Mick and Collette. Collette even moved some of the locals around to accommodate us. We were so impressed that...More

I don't know the answer to that, I'd say give them call. Collette and Mike seem happy to accommodate wherever possible.

Description
The Barley Mow is a lively and eccentric Free House located in the beautiful village of Bonsall. Famous for the 'World Championship Hen Races', and for being the most likely place to be abducted by aliens according to UFO magazine ! Fine food, great ale & one of the best live music venues in the area !
