Hylton was the best! He took care of us, made suggestions and made sure we had the best time! We started with the Shrimp Tempura, loved it. I had the Savaneta Seafood and my husband had the Special (Unicorn Fish) and we both had to take about 1/2 of our plates home. We had our toes in the water at... More

We love this restaurant, we recommended it to 2 couples on our flight down from Charlotte, NC. My only complaint, the corn chowder was a bit salty. The location, the main course, dessert, drinks and staff were fabulous. Same time next year.

Had dinner here with friends last night. First off, FYI, regardless of reservations for the tables in the water, only tables of 2 are seated there. Plenty of empty tables in the water but the 4 of us sat further up. The restaurant suggests you leave 25 minutes prior to your reservation, it took us 1 1/2 hours due to... More

When we arrived in Aruba we asked our taxi driver if she had any recommendations on places to eat. Without hesitation she recommended The Flying Fishbone. She said you can watch the sunset while eating your dinner with your feet in the water. On our last night we decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Food... More

My first time here and it truly lived up to the hype. Right on the water, actually some tables are IN the water! It's more casual than I thought - which is great - I just didn't know. Delicious food, wonderful service, gorgeous setting and the AMAZING sunset. Best one of the week. After the sun sets, the lights in... More

The setting for this restaurant is really amazing. Directly at the water , sand on your feet, with an amazing view of the sunset. Small intimate setting, exactly what you would expect when dining in the Caribbean. The waiter was very attentive and friendly and the food was good. I have one issue with the menu. I have traveled to... More

Thank you for dining with us! We appreciate your feedback and we are glad that you enjoyed your dining experience with us. We do have a fresh catch of the day on our menu, sometimes fillet , sometimes as a whole fish, all depends what the fishermen brings us. More

The most unforgettable dining experience I have ever had ! The food was exceptional and the idea of the sad and sea between your toes was a delightful experience.

The setting is other worldly! Here you can have an amazing meal with your feet in the ocean and watch the sunset. I can't think of a better environment to have a delicious meal. Our server Michael was right on the money. Excellent service and was very attentive. He made the night extra special. This is a must do when... More

After about a 30 minute cab ride form the high-rise district to The Flying Fishbone, we were hoping that the restaurant would be worth the ride, and we were NOT disappointed. We were the first party there for dinner seating, so we were able to get a prime table for two in the shallow water. We just kicked our shoes... More

We have been coming to Aruba for many years. But, we never made it to Flying Fishbone because it was far away and a fairly expensive cab ride. This year we rented a car and decided to check it out. It was well worth the drive. We arrived on the later side, and the seated us at a table in... More
