We recently had a dinner here. The food was average at best. I ordered a Zander fillet, which was one small fillet swimming in a plate of very rich cream-sauce and a small spoon of risotto. It was not very good. I also ordered a side salad with kernoil, which sadly contained perhaps just three drops of kernoil. I skipped... More

Food was good, staff friendly and attentive however some items on the menu were a little overpriced in comparison. The riverside outdoor bar was a perfect setting if only it opened later and more often. Visit on a weekend not to be disappointed.

Really nice ambiance, service and food--it is rare to eat in a restaurant where a chef 'cooks' rather than simply fixing up meals!!! Zipfer beer is subtle and pleasant. Each time we go near the Attersee/Salzkammergut area, we always go to this restaurant and have never been disappointed.

I enjoyed the fish soup as entrée at dinner time. Partner had the best pepper steak in Austria ever! Interior decorations are fantastic with old knick knacks and antiquities from the hapsburg era. Excellent service too.
