Driven passed this a ton of times. Finally popped in. Didn’t expect a good Tikka Masala. Was a good lil home in the wall. All meals looked good. Quick and friendly service with a smile. As the Brawny Man once said: “that’s not a wooden...More

Whenever we head to Lake Country we always hit this place for breaky! Very good food, good service and always friendly staff! They always have a few specials as well. Not expensive place to eat. Very kid friendly!

We went to the Wooden Nickle for breakfast. They weren't full but service was quite slow. We had to ask for coffee and water refills every time we wanted as the waitresses didn't notice. They have fantastic home made sour dough bread but it was...More
The fresh bread is worth the stop alone. But the food is always fresh and hot. And the special will change your mind almost every time. Service is great and coffee always hot and fresh as well. Don't let the outside looks fool you. It's...More
