Me and my girlfriend dine at this restaurant every Thursday. The staff are fantastic and we have got to know them over the last 12 months. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is outstanding. So fresh and so tasty. If you like garlic ask the staff if the chef can put fresh fried garlic over the top of your food. My god, amazing taste. Every visit I compliment the chef to the staff. It gets better every time. Dean and Jeanette x

This is our local go to place for an Indian meal.
Staff & service always very good.
Food generally lovely but not always consistent. I had the chicken tikka main last time. It wasn’t served on a sizzling plate with onions like it normally does & was bland. Waiter said some people complained it made their clothes smell!! Think those people should go somewhere else then.

Currently open till 22.00 during the week. Arrived late 21.50. Nothing was too much trouble the waiter more than happy to offer suggestions of what food would be best suited with each main course. Service was quick and friendly at no time did we feel rushed. The flavours were something else we will be back!

Disappointed with the restaraunt.
The starters we ordered were very poor. Lamb chops were not cooked properly whereas the chicken was overcooked and elastic in taste. Description on the menu did not add up with what was being provided.
The mains were extremely poor starting with the Goan Fish - no taste full of chilli powder when we specifically asked for not that.
The chicken dansak lacked flavour the cheese nan was just nan with cathedral cheese thrown at the top? Shocking
I have provided a 2 star based on the fact that the king prawn dish was actually ok.
The whole experience was poor, we were told no cans ie coke or 7up the drinks were flat.
Slightly shocked with the pricing and bill as the owner had calculated the bill but when I asked about a copy of the receipt he did not want to provide it, he insisted on providing me with a different copy whereby the items would not be listed? I insisted that he give me the original copy he wasnt happy but gave it to me.
In a time when restaurants are modernising and providing quality food and drinks its a shame to receive such poor service and food.
Our bill was around £200 I have added the bill that was provided and that doesn’t add up not sure whether a mistake or not but for sure will not return back to this restaurant.
I do not recommend at all.

I have been going to B26 for many years as the food is spot on. However I will not be returning.
We went there for the father in laws 70th birthday approximately 28 of us.
It was a Monday evening so we knew it should be fairly quiet meaning we receive fast and attentive service.
Unfortunately the manager was in a foul mood and was just darn right rude all evening. Ignoring some of our party when called over and pulling disgruntled faces.
To top it off I had a query with my bill, which when I questioned it again he was displaying annoyance with me that I was questioning it.
When the bill comes over it’s complete scribble with numbers at the side, zero clarity of what you have actually ordered and I believe is designed to confuse and trick the customers.
It turns out they had added extra drinks on my bill totalling an extra £14.
Even tho I was 100% cordial and polite about it he was speaking to me like I had the problem.
I feel so strongly about it I am going back later to speak to him as I didn’t want to in front of all my family and friends.
They have definitely lost us all as returning customers.
The manager is an absolute disgrace and needs to update his billing system instead of manufacturing a load of scribble and numbers to dupe people.

We’ve been going to B26 for a few years as a group of 3. Always great food, service, atmosphere & attentive staff. Last night we attended a 50th Birthday meal for 35 people and 10/10 to Bal and his staff for looking after us so well. So attentive ensuring all was ok and credit to the chefs for making sure all the food came out hot and all together so we could eat as a full party. Nothing ever too much trouble and highly recommend. Always a pleasure to visit and we will be returning.

Previously ordered and chips was left off our delivery. The kids have a chicken tikka starter and chips so that was kids meal wrecked as no chips were received on calling back I was advised just to let them know and will sort it out next time. Tonight I've rang up to place an order and the gentleman we'll if you can call him that was rude and argumentative over a portion of chips. I wouldn't usually right a bad review but this tonight has disgusted me and I will not be returning as a customer. Its now more principle I get people try and lie and Try to claim a free meal.....but when I've actually paid for the item and was told there sort it out next time to be accused of lying over a portion or chips was pretty petty of this bloke and now cost company a few customers as family and friends will not be ordering after this incident.

I have been coming to B26 for over 14 years and I would not go anywhere else. I have serious issues when it comes to making sure my food is the way I like it and expect it and they deliver to my expectations each and every time. On the very rare occasion the food is not how I like it they sort it without issue.
Now I am the worst person to serve in a restaurant/ take out - even my husband says I am an AH but B26 have gotten to know me and always give 100% to accommodate my high expectations.
Bali is one of the best servers I have ever met, and always goes the extra mile because I am a fussy moo.
All the staff are amazing and whenever we have took the children for a sit down they have gone above and beyond (my children are autistic). They never moan about the mess the kids make (even when I’m cleaning it up).
If you’re looking for friendly service, great food and a welcoming atmosphere then B26 is the place to go.
We tend to take out most times because of the kids but the food is equally as great and the portion sizes are plenty.

We were lucky to stumble upon this place on route to the airport. Food and service was brilliant, popadoms to start, sauces were delicious. Mains of chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka garlic chilli, with sides of garlic chilli rice and cheesy garlic bread. Both curries were delicious, sides were delicious, service was fantastic, would definitely recommend and visit again 👍

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and welcoming however the food was tasteless. Looked delicious but lacked flavour. I had the Mixed Jaipuri the prawns were tough and the sauce had no flavour. The pilau rice was good. Naan was plain and pizza like and very dry. A friend had a paneer dish which was like cream of tomato soup with no flavour at all. I wouldn’t usually leave a negative review as I am one who would leave a positive but unfortunately the dishes we ordered were very bland.
The restaurant itself and staff are lovely. It was in a good location to our hotel and was relatively busy for a Monday night.

I went here with my uncle after a few beers. We both had a balti and a naan bread. When the bill was bought over to us they had added starters on it. When we questioned it, the waiter told us that we had been given the wrong bill. There was only one other table in there and it was a table of 10! This is not the first time this has happened. My cousin had a bottle of wine added to his bill. He doesn't drink.wine! I'm guessing that they are trying to take advantage of a couple of guts who had had a drink. Absolutely disgusting. Never go here.

Celebrated my Birthday here with a party of friends on 27th May '23. I have visited here many times before and never been disappointed and I was confident, turning up with a party of friends, the evening would be enjoyed by all. Food and service was excellent as expected, we even use the take away delivery service too. A number of my party commented on the good food which was quite pleasing. A great relaxing evening out and well worthy of five stars. Martin.

1st time out for a meal since lockdown. Good social distancing measures, hand sanitizer available, masks and gloves all worn.
Very friendly staff, food was lovely and very good service.Good varied menu available.
Also doing the 50%off offer, which made it brilliant value.
Will definitely go back soon.

We've been going to b26 for a number of years now and the staff and food has been incredibly nice. We went again tonight and I honestly couldn't fault it. Great service and food. Highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely food. Starters & main courses were all fab! Haven’t been here for years even though local to us but will be making more visits now. The staff were so lovely & looked after us so well. Had good selection of drinks. Lovely atmosphere too!
