After a day of endless rain we came here in search of something special and that's just what we got! This place is great! The waiter was brilliant and helped us through our initiation of real seafood eating in Tenerife. Visit the counter, choose all the fish you'd like to eat, order your sides then chill at your table while... More

In the small fishing village of Tajao we have found several excellent fish restaurants and having tried most of them this is certainly in the top three. Popular with the locals but we were welcomed efficiently, without fuss, and enjoyed an interesting dining experience. Forget about the menu, be adventurous, and go for the fresh stuff on display. The Moreno... More

We arrived mid afternoon so only a few other diners were there; we sat out on the spacious terrace. Hot rolls were brought to the table with the traditional red and green dips we have come to expect on Tenerife; delicious. We ordered a salad to start - it was generous and freshly prepared and we made our own dressing... More

The restaurant itself has the basic equipment. So no luxurious interior but; you are the one who choses your fish, everything is weighed and then you get it served, grilled or fried everything you asked for. White wine excellent choice. Staff very friendly. I have seen a constant queue during my entire visit from people who wanted to eat. Unbelievable.... More

It was since ages that friends here told us about going to eat fish in Tajao: I asked one of them for a name but he simply pointed out: all and everyone. Well, Manolo II has been a very good start; we went very early (before 19:00) so it was only the two of us. We went to the glass-bench... More

I love this place, it's my favourite restaurant in Tenerife. Looks simple from the outside, when you enter the first thing you see if the fridge cabinet with a fantastic selection of fresh sea food. You are charged by the weight of the fish you consume. The best thing for me is the mojo sauces which accompany the salad and... More

We regularly go to eat at Manolo II, and our guests are always surprised. The restaurant is simple, almost austere; but you forget everything when you see the fridge full of fishes! When you enter, you choose what to eat and how you want the fish cooked: the price is always the same (€ 16,50/kg). Then you can sit on... More
