This looks like nothing from outside (it doesn't even look that much from inside) but you really know you're somewhere local! We pre-ordered our dinner the day before, as we noticed that they had a sign that recommended this. They cooked us the local speciality - a kind of stew with bean & sweetcorn. It was lovely, and they just... More

What a nice place... and very autenthic. Menu is simple but works fine. We ate here ghoat, tuna, rosefish and chicken and everything was tasty. If You are looking for a good African style restaurant in Sal Rei, Naida is Your place.

We ate here three times during our recent 10 night stay in Sal Rei. Having read previous reviews it was the first place we visited and although it is very sparsely decorated and basic cuisine,we enjoyed it's unpretentious appearance and homely atmosphere. On one visit, we ordered Cachupa,(which we had to give several hours notice to prepare) the local Cape... More

Restaurant is small and has a limited menu of grilled fish, pork, goat and a few others. It does seafood rice and more dishes if you pre-order. We had the grilled octopus and pork which were both really nice, served with salad, rice and chips. Basic well cooked local food, not too expensive, would recommend.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise to us, simple menu but good food! Really a place that is worth to return to another time.

I always prefer to eat where the locals eat. Not in the over-priced restaurantes where all the flavours were softened to please the tourists. This is an authentic space with authentic people and authentic food.

The menu here is great, basically a list of protein! The waitress I think was having a bad day, she did her job but she clearly wasn't enjoying it! Apart from that the general atmosphere was great, the chief seemed like a lovely chap. The food was actually quiet good, would recommend a visit!
