A busy restaurant but that did not impact on the level of service. The tuna steak I had for main course was so tasty. Reasonably priced

A great restaurant, wonderful welcome and service from two very busy waiters. Good selection on menu explained by the waiter. The food was fresh and excellent. The best in the little village. So busy tables need to be booked. Hope to return when back in Santiago in February

This is no doubt an excellent restaurant and gets great reviews however on this occasion I was underwhelmed! It was busy and despite arriving on time we were made to wait for a table, then waited an age for menus (not enough to go around) no one could be bothered to ask if we wanted a drink, eventually the order... Acoording to me it's the best place in town. Make sure you make reservations, as even outside high season this place may be fully booked in advance. We went there twice, had the fish crockets and seafood soup as starters and grilled dorade and sole as main, all were very good and prices are low (the catch of the day,... More

Great location and tasty local fare. Two busy and pleasant waiters and a friendly chef patron made this a memorable place where we are twice

I visited this restaurant twice during my 2 week holiday on La Gomera with family. The service is great and the waiters are quick to give their recommendations when it comes to fresh fish. The atmosphere is lovely with tables outside in view of the harbour. The food itself was delicious, one night I had one of the fish specials... More

I have eaten here on previous visits to Playa Santiago. While I have never really enjoyed meals in Junonia, I was happy to give the place another try following a refurbishment. My wife and I booked well ahead for dinner, arrived on time, but waited 45 minutes before we even received any drinks. The food took much longer. The restaurants... More

I can't claim to be a foodie but this restaurant in Playa de Santiago stands out for location, atmosphere, value, service and quality. The fish is shown to you before you make your choice and my tuna was the best tuna I've ever had. With wine the bill came to about €60.

I ate here with my wife the other night. It's a really nice restaurant and the service was very good. We both had garlic prawns to start which were delicious. My wife had sea bass as the main course and I had a local fish (whose name I can't remember). They were both cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. Highly... More

The service was very good, and I would recommend both the Watercress soup and Ensalada Don Antonio. My only criticism, or I would have given it a five rating, was that we were presented with a platter of fish - the catch of the day. We selected Dorada and Lubina (sea bass) - the fish served were these variety but... More
