Sit on the terrace and look out to sea whilst enjoying great food. Recommend the paella which must be ordered the day before for minimum of two diners. 12 euros each. Fish of the day is selected from a plate of freshly caught fish. Reservations best as they are busy. Great value with attentive service and ambience.

During a recent visit to La Gomera my wife and I had the pleasure of eating at Junonia a number of times. We couldn't fault the food or the service. The test came on a night that our table wasn't ready, a glass of bubbly was produced firstly and this was followed by some very tasty fish croquettes, numerous apologies... More

We certainly enjoyed our meal here albeit initial service was slow. Booking essential as always busy.

On one of our visits to Playa Santiago we had lunch here. The restaurant is well situated with views out over the sea. Our lunch was excellent. We only had one course with a glass of house wine but it was beautfully presented and very good value for money. All the food we saw ordered by customers looked equally impressive.... More

Unlike the previous reviewer we went, having booked which is wise for this popular restaurant. The starters were superb, especially the garlic prawns. We all has dorado as fish of the day and it was fresh moist and beautifully cooked. Couldn't have been better. This is the third year we have eaten there and the only thing that has changed... More

Unfortunately we couldn´t share the positive impression of Junonia. We went there after reading multiple very good opinions and we were dissapointed. First of all the waiter in not a very pleasent manner told us we would have to wait at least 25 minutes to have a table as he had to serve guests "that booked months in advance". Even... More

The service was a little hurried but the food was excellent. We had to book 3 days in advance to get a table. We had the steak and lobster & scallop filled pasta and both were delicious.

Junonia is in a very nice position on the seafront at Playa Santiago, ideal for a romantic evening. The service here is just right, attentive and friendly. The food was the nearest thing to 'fine dining' that we have experienced on La Gomera. Highly recommended.

Went to this restaurant whilst stopping at the Jardin Tecina. There was a good choice of fish & meat on the menu & my wife's sea bass was superb as was my steak, two lovely desserts followed. The wine from Tenerife was great quality & we were well looked after. At around 50 euro's it was money well spent. You must... More

We visited during January. The restaurant was busy and we waited a long time before our order for food or drink was taken. When our order was eventually taken, one of our choices was not available which we could have been told of in the first place. When the food eventually arrived it was very good but our enjoyment was... More
