Came by this little gem after riding the whole island around on our moped. It's a little small white house on the top of the hill, with a little yellow wagon in the front. Lots of cakes, they change everyday, but today we could choose from Bananoffe, Cheesecake, Fresh coconut cake, pumpkin custard cake and brownies. We ordered the brownies,... More

If your in lamai and looking for something sweet for desert this place is a high recommend. I especially love the bannoffee cake its very sweet with whip cream and banana inside. Also must try is the coconut cake. Price is very affordable at only 35 - 65 baht per piece depending on what you want. To find this place... More

Lolamui Cafe was one of my favorite discoveries in Thailand. It was an adorable spot and Pan is incredibly sweet, and she made me some kind of chocolatey Irish coffee drink that was absolutely stellar. I enjoyed a bunch of different pastries and treats over a few different visits, and each was not only delicious, but also really aesthetically charming.... More

having moved to Samui six weeks ago I've been steadily exploring the islands restaurants and coffee shops (of which there are hundreds.) after seeing the reviews here I had to check it out and can happily report that they weren't wrong. though not quite as close to the post office as reported (as you head round the bend out of... I am here so many times it was about time that I write a review on Lolamui. Pan is an angel. She has such a talent for making cakes and taking pictures... you can actually, see both in her cafe. One must try it! My personal favorite (for this week) is the carrot cake! Thank you so much!!!

This little cae store in Lamai could be succesfull anywhere in the world. The cakes are fresh, creative and most importantly not sweet. After eating one you do not feel guilty or dirty - like lets say after a cinabunn- but feel clean and happy! Viva Lolamui!

The other reviewer was very much in detail how to find this gem. I would add if you are with a scooter just look for the post office in Lamai. The cafe is close to it. I had banoffee and cheese cake. They were not too sweet as one might fear. I would recommend it to everyone since it is... More

Although staying less than 100 meters away from the cafe, I didn't discover it until one of the staff at LaLamai restaurant pointed it out across the street. From the street you see a very cool old train car with an "open" sign, but then the garden and buildings behind make it a little challenging to find the steps up... More
