Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited this Beautiful situated Manor, as part of a TUI Coach tour. Where we saw how the local Cheese, used to be made. We also saw old Farming equipment, visited the Old Farmers Manor walked around the Museum and, sampled 3 types of local...Cheeses. This Beautiful Manor/Restaurant set in lovely stalely Grounds and Gardens, are a must do whilst visiting Menorca. Unfortunately there is no easy access or provisions made to aid Disabled people. People in Wheelchairs and their Careers, find it very difficult to get from the car park, up hilly rough road to reach the entrance. For ordinary people, I would rate this establishment 5 stars, however for Disabled people with Careers I'm afraid I can only offer this place 2 stars. There must be more thought and, respect offered to the less unfortunate Disabled people. Everything else is Brilliant, providing your agile and able to walk !!!!!!! Yours Sincerely Mr Ian BrownMore

Had a slightly strange visit as we checked on the website and it was supposed to be a visit around the house if you dined on Wednesday evening in the restaurant. We arrived at 5.30 but the farm, house and museum were closed. The restaurant...was deserted but a friendly waiter offered us drinks as he said they didn't open until 7pm which wasn't on the website (possibly needs an update). We asked about the house tour but our Spanish is limited and he couldn't speak English but with a series of broken sentances it seemed the house wasn't open as described. The menu is comprehensive but is fairly expensive. The four of us shared three starters which were okay, for mains two had rabbit which was superb, one had fish which was chewy and not too great and the other has a steak which was fine. The meal for four was 140.00 euros which isn't cheap but the rabbit eaters said theirs was worth it. Extra points to the waiter who brought out shortbread local biscuits after the meal, he was a really good host. We sat outside and unfortunatley we were the only diners which was a shame.More

Very comprehensive menu. We opted for salads, chicken and veggie dish. All were good and white wine was enjoyed. Somewhere I would definitely return and the manor house visit was amazing and the highlight of our holiday. Lovely people.

Great place set in an old house and historic farm that does shows Lovely setting, good service good food. The local cheese and sausage board is worth trying and the local lemons are evident in many of the dishes

My partner and I dined here on a Saturday night, and were completely blown away by the standard of food, service and location. The actual restaurant itself is set in a beautiful 18th century Menorcan manor, surrounded by stunning scenery. We both enjoyed a 3...course meal, and were impressed with the selection of traditional Menorcan dishes on offer. Our dining experience here was a definite highlight of our 5 day stay in Menorca- and an absolute 'must do' for discerning diners traveling to the island.More

We had lunch here on our final day in Menorca, and it was far and away the best food we had eaten on the island. A beautiful rural setting for this 18th century manor house. The menu provides greater variety than the typical tourist fare....My pork ballotine, wrapped in bacon and stuffed with dates was easily the tastiest thing I had eaten for a long while. It was also enough for two meals. Portion sizes are huge. My wife and daughter just had starters (salad, and salmon), and they were easily enough for a main course. My son had sirloin steak (his best Menorcan meal). We had lunch at a regular UK time. By the time we were finishing up, the restaurant was full of local diners - a good sign the eatery is well-regarded. But we had the evidence of our own palates to confirm that in any case. If you're in Menorca, eat here. And take the time to digest while you peruse the eclectic museum housed in the same building.More
