Visited this restaurant for our evening meal with my husband & mum on our first evening. This restaurant didn’t disappoint! Set in the beautiful Four Seasons complex. The staff were very attentive & friendly. The food was amazing! We didn’t bother with starters but did...get the fresh bread which came with a choice of 2 butters (plain & garlic) & 2 pates Mains I had the black spaghetti with monkfish & prawns & a creamy tomato sauce. My hubby had the pasta with chicken, bacon & Gorgonzola cheese both so tasty! Mum had the pasta with ricotta, spinach & pine nuts which she said was nice but a tad bland (needed something extra). For dessert me & mum had the white chocolate panacotta with a passion fruit compote & chocolate tweel. Wine we opted for the Portuguese Sauvignon at €25 which was beautiful! Generous portions & worth the money. Overall a fantastic dining experience 5*More

Excellent bbq evening

Twice we visited for the Wed eve bbq. The food is exceptionally good and service excellent. The selection of salads is worth the visit by itself. And then beautiful selection of deserts if only could do them justice as so full. Great music duo and...then ABBA show. A great evening. A highlight of our stay.More

A winning formula.

As always a first class experience at As Velas this year. A wide choice of menu offerings, and great service, it manages to be friendly and unstuffy while still retaining a ‘special night’ feel. We continue to look forward to future visits.

A nice Semi fine-dine experience!

Ordered the carpaccio and monkfish & prawn casserole finished in brandy, both of which were very good. The prawn linguini and the courgette cannelloni were also good. Best Meal on our Iberian Peninsula Tour

Very good meal in nice setting by the country club swimming pool. Wide menu choice and good selection of wines. Food was good. Service was prompt, but not overbearing. Best meal to date on our Iberian Peninsula tour.

Return did not disappoint - and will return again and again

As expected !! Quality reasonably priced food and wine in a comfortable setting with attentive and personable staff. Cannot fault it - always our go to place when at the Four Seasons

As Velas at FSCC

Dined at As Velos with friends and family 4 times over a 2 week period. Food was consistently excellent with a very good range of wines to choose from at varying prices.
