Great Sports Bar

A great place to watch sports and listen to the various genres of tunes they play. The bar man is fantastic, very friendly and can't do enough for you, including keeping you topped up with free snacks. I found the cocktails & spirits overpriced but I'd say they were pretty standard with the rest of the bars/restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend for a night out, great atmosphere.

Amazing service and drinks

A must come if you’re in Troulos. Panjgiotis makes amazing drinks/cocktails and is very friendly, he couldn’t do enough for us and always had a smile on his face. Good music and several tv’s to watch football etc. Pool table is free to use which is hard to find these days. Cocktails are reasonably priced at €8-€9, but they are pretty strong so you get your money’s worth, they taste great and if you order a few cocktails they will more than likely give you a free shot as well!!! Regularly have events on as well, Would highly recommend

Unbeatable as a sports bar and a great host, food is ok..

We visited this place most nights. Great entertainment for all the family. Awesome host. Family oriented Live entertainment is unexpectedly great … food selection is limited and is ok rather than great. Value is great. At 3€ a pint of beer, meals from 5€ tis is difficult to beat

Christakis Sports Bar Is The Best!

We always visit Christakis sports bar when we come to Skiathos as we usually staying within Troulos and we spent many evenings there for pre-dinner drinks on our most recent holiday. Pano works so hard on the bar and is always rushing around Catering for everybody’s needs. He’s brilliant, a lovely person and a real credit to the team here. My husband is learning to speak Greek and Pano gave him lots of time and spoke to him in his native language lots and this was invaluable as Greek is super hard to learn! I have never tried the food here so I cannot comment on this but the drinks are average prices but very good quality. We are always welcomed warmly when we come to Christakis and we will visit again on our return trip next time. We hope you have a fantastic and profitable season, you deserve it.

AMAZING !!!!!!!

AMAZING place. Chris is simply the best host. He really cannot do enough for you - same goes with his Staff too. He is incredibly attentive, helpful and very happy go lucky. We called in to his place virtually every evening and were nearly always the last to leave. Tried "Brunch" there on a cloudy day and the food was very good value for money. Champions League night was "buzzing". Our first visit together to Troulos and I very much doubt it will be out last. Missing you all already xx Al & Dave xx

WOW what a great place

I must compliment all the staff, they're all very friendly. We got waited on hand & foot. The Full English was lovely and so was the pizzas. I especially loved the fantastic chip butty just like my dad used to make with proper fried chips not horrible oven chips. Kim was a brilliant waitress and really made our holiday top notch, what a lovely lady. The lovely lad on the bar was lovely he couldn't do enough for you. Great for watching football on the huge screen. Would definitely return on my next visit to Skiathos.

Breakfast with attitude

Went for breakfast, nice pool area which anyone can use with lots of screens inside for sport fans. The food was ok and the manager made us welcome which cannot be said for the waitress who was abrupt and certainly did not make it a pleasant experience. When asked by a teenage member of our group if we could have the window open as it was very humid, she was told no and from that point called her madam which she made to sound like an insult rather than a term of respect, a very strange form of address with attitude to a young girl. She did come back a little later and quietly said that it was broken and if we tried to open it, it would probably fall out of its frame. No necessity for the rudeness in the first place. Will go somewhere with pleasanter staff next time.

Great sports bar

This is my second holiday in beautiful Skiathos and have visited Christakis bar most nights on each holiday. The bar is super friendly and the staff are really attentive. The whole place is spotless and the range of facilities is brilliant - pool tables, lots of TVs, bingo, great menu. The bar has a great range of drinks - always served with a smile. Troulos has been affected by lower numbers of tourists this season but the team at Christakis have tried really hard to make a good friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!!!

Such a lovely welcoming place

We stayed in Troulos for 9 nights and we came here every night for a drink after our meal out. All the staff are very polite, smiley and very welcoming. They all make the effort to come over to you and say hi and ask how you are. The guy behind the outside bar was amazing (so sorry his name escapes me) he was always straight over with the biggest friendliest smile when you sat down. We had lunch here too one day, the food was very nice, homemade chips and a lovely club sandwich, my husband had the burger and said it was very nice. Highly recommend visiting here.

Brilliant for so many reasons ;-)

Christakis (owner) and Panagiotis (bar) are so friendly and welcoming, so much so we spent the vast majority of our time at this wonderful friendly bar. Whether its live football/sport or a reaxing drink by the pool (day or evening) with relaxing and varied music playing in the background. Food and drinks lovely and very reasonably priced. Christakis noticed me wearing a Middlesbrough football shirt (no comments please ;-) ) and very kindly offered to get the live game on for me. Truly friendly and genuinely nice people. The whole place is kept clean and is well worth a visit if in Troulos.

Great sports bar

The go to place to watch Euros on a night; big projector and screen as well as tvs all around bar inside and out. Good service from bartenders. Nice pool which if you visit during day you can use. We had breakfast one day, hubby enjoyed his full English but my scrambled egg was too scrambled and cold. A good 15 min walk from the junction at bus stop 18 taking the top road past Captain Nico Appaloosa restaurant and further on passing Rattatouille restaurant

Good for live sports

We are on the island for an extended period and this is one of the very few places that wouldn’t allow us in with our dog so we haven’t used it as often as we might have. Sat outside and watched a football match and had a drink but that was all. Called in on a Sunday as my wife really wanted a Sunday roast but it doesn’t start until 7pm which again unfortunately didn’t work for us, but it is the only place on the island that does one apparently.

What an amazing bar man

Visited christakis 14/08/21 for my partner could watch the Liverpool match. Wow the guy behind the bar cannot do enough for you, beings your drinks, brings free snacks, comes over to make sure everything is ok. He even greets you at the steps if he isn't running about checking his customers are seen to. Service is top notch and the beer isn't really over priced (2 500ml cans of koppaberg for 5€) lovely little place x

Free pool and sunloungers, peaceful during our visits to the bar. Good price drinks Cider 5€ draught pint, it was 5 for a 500ml bottle at Morfia aparthotel. Genuinely nice owner and evening barman, made a point of speaking to all customers a stark contrast to Morfia where we were staying.

"Not just a sports bar"

Even though this is a first class bar for live sport it's more than that.On various nights in our fortnight stay in Troulos,there were many other different types of entertainment on offer. They had a Mama Mia film night, a live singer who was very entertaining playing familiar songs to sing along too.For those missing there Sunday roast's they do these,as well as a good breakfast's and many other dishes. The owner Christakis is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble from putting on various football matches and sports on request ,{ I hope you still sorting out them sheep!!!} .Now we have been to various Greek Island's but in all our time we have never seen a barmen so good as Panos, take a bow, a truly amazing barman. We would highly recommend this sports bar.
