My husband and I have been to Koumos a few times, it is worth a visit to see. The owner built by hand and the stonework is amazing. Great to grab a meal or have a drink and wander around. Really worth checking out.

Kalyves is about 45 minutes north of Cretes airport, Koumos is 1-2 miles outside Kalyves, only about 7 euros taxi fair each way.
