Despite a bill in excess of £500 pounds for six guests, the management still charged £20/head for two guests who could not attend at the last minute. The explanation from the staff was disappointing and I thought rather arrogant. Book with extreme caution.

We had high hopes of this Michelin starred gastropub but it didn’t really deliver. The food was lovely but not wow. The service was okay but not delightful. The place was lovely but not amazing. All a bit over-priced. Disappointed.

We had the tasing menu for lunch today and it was superb. Our favourite courses were the sea bream and Charolais beef. Service was first class and the wine sublime. We will definitely return.

We were a group of ten 70-year olds on a long table in a side room, which worked out well as the other two tables were not occupied until later. We had a set menu with three choices of two or three courses, pre-ordered. The...More
