We ate here in sept and the food was beautiful and very well cooked the staff were great so attentive and very very pleasant explained what the meal was and how it was cooked . The only thin was the tree have become very overgrown...the pictures show them more open so I felt a little claustrophobic they ideally should be trimmed and would be better if the put gravel or something on the floor instead of dirt. Wow what a find and it was only 750m from the Villa we stayed in. Everything was cooked over wood or in wood fired ovens which they show you when you arrive, The menu is on a piece of leather which I thought was a...great idea. The gardens are lovely to sit in and enjoy and the food was brilliant we have been twice and will be going again before going home, It is a family run business which is fantastic and you can see it is loved by locals. I would recommend booking when in high session to avoid disappointment especially Sundays. It serves the absolute best orange pie and they even let me take a piece back to the Villa their hospitality is faultless.More

Fantastic place to visit. Off the beaten track away from tourists. A rustic garden with a hippy feel. Sit inside or outside. Delicious food cooked in open wood fires and grills - great to watch. The homemade wine was fantastic too. We only went in...the evenings but I think there are a few animals there. Lots for children to explore and a hammock to swing in. Our family enjoyed it so much we dined there twice during our stay in the area.More

This place is near to where we are staying and so we went there yesterday evening. I have to say that it lived up to all our expectations based on the glowing reviews on here. Friendly service, lovely surroundings and fantastic food! I had the...moussaka which was very tasty but the star of all our meals was the antikristi pork which my wife had. It was probably the tastiest pork either of us have ever tried. We will more than likely go back again just for that! It was also our first try of a Cretan salad which, again, was exceptional. Absolutely spot on!More

If you want traditional/fresh/ home grown & homemade food this is definitely the place to go, family run, away from all the tourist, beautiful setting, we sat under the 800 yr old olive tree, Food was amazing!

Amazing place to eat! Love the food and service! It is a Hidden gem!!! The food was home cooked and grilled. Looked the Orange Cake, Hamburger was so different with all the different spices added to it. If we are this way again it is...a definite stop! We love all the animals and the garden too.More
