set in the trees, overlooking the river. Great place to go for a drink or snack, take your swimming things, avoid all the canoes or arrange to meet some for a pit stop

Limited menu but great setting under the cliffs and next to the river. Great place to stop after a long cycle ride for a pression.

We love this quirky little place, where we enjoyed a home cooked lunch and a glass of wine whilst watching the children jump off the large rock in the river! Really friendly staff whose English outdid our efforts at French. The goat's cheese quiche was particularly well received and all freshly prepared. Love it!

Great food in a magical location. They keep things simple and it works. Lovely to sit by the river and a great place for a dip when it gets hot.

Beautiful riverside location on quiet back road. Traditional French cuisine, with limited menu. Wonderful ambience. Best way to arrive? By bike from up the hill - via the Corniche through the hamlet of Brousses. Get hot then cool down with an ice cold beer. Or turn up by kayak along the river. Alternatively just be lazy and drive up from... More

We had lunch here, just a quiche, salad and chips, fresh, tasty and made locally. The rose wine was AOC carafe and was delicious and reasonably priced, unusual in places that are frequented by tourists. We like this place, it has a 'grotto' feel to it, almost like being in the caribbean! It is great to be by the river... More

A great place to go just for a drink by the river or for lunch or dinner. The Manjocarn team are amazing, always welcoming, very good food and service. Great place to take a group of friends or family for a simole and good value dinner by the river but do book as it is very popular especially at weekends.

Lovely welcome to all to this riverside café/ restaurant, simple menu, good food and good prices but most of all a wonderful atmosphere at any time of the day or night. Just a short drive from the village and you are sitting by the river under the cliffs. Book in high season as it gets busy.

Grab a table on the river side of the road. Great sandwiches and hot food. Nice view down to the river and all the kayakers going by. Very enjoyable place in the shade, especially on hot days!
