I regret to say that the Rose & Crown Inn in Nether Stowey has been closed for a year and as yet there are no signs of it re-opening. Great pity it was good and convenient

This pub is now closed. I have no idea whether it will open in the future. It is a shame as it is an old coaching inn with bags of character which was an asset to the village.

Fabulous homely atmosphere. Sat by the open fire and enjoyed a warm hearty meal. Local cider strong but good stuff!! Enjoyed the historical pictures around the pub.

This review has left us slightly confused. With the best will in the world we cannot guarantee to have everything on the menu available all of the time because it gets eaten!. The initial delay with the food was due to the kitchen not being...More
