The Cricketer does fantastic home cooked breakfasts using local produce. They are flexible with meals where required replacing items such as mushrooms or bacon for extra sausages etc. Regardless how busy this place is - you still get good service and a good portion of food. Every time we have family staying with us for the weekend - it's the... More

If I am honest, if I hadn't read reviews on this cafe before I visited, I am not sure I would have gone there as it didn't look that appealing from the roadside. That said, everyone was friendly, the food was good value for money and we really enjoyed our soup and fresh crusty bread. I also liked the farm... More

Very friendly staff and very helpful in accommodating dietary needs where they can . Great coffee and lovely food, and all very reasonably priced. Ideal for all weathers as there is seating inside and out with plenty of parking. Always happy to end up here for a coffee. Great little farm shop as well

Nearly twenty of us, plus dogs, descended on the Cricketer Farm Shop for lunch today, having spent some time exploring the nearby countryside. The staff are lovely and the food was wonderful. We would thoroughly recommend it and hope to return.

We love eating here. It's local, friendly the food has always been excellent, especially the stinky burgers. It has a superb gift shop and also sells local produce. Highly recommended.

Have used this lovely little place for several years now. Food is beautiful. Reasonably priced, freshly cooked and the eggs benedict are to die for. Staff are warm and friendly and the shop is clean and regularly stocked with something different for every visit. Go on... Treat yourself 😉

Thank stoggy
