We got there at 2.30 very keen for a burger only to be told they had stopped serving burgers as the place closed at 3. It shouldn't take over 30 mins for a burger at a takeaway store to be made... Anyway settled for fish...More
We went all the way to Redhead to try this and were told, "The chef has gone home, so we can only do fish and chips". This is exactly what we didn't want. We were hoping for some nice café style focaccia or nice toasted...More
The food is so up market for a beach cafe , love the In house baking and the great wholesome food choices , especially for breakfast . Excellent staff and you can't get any closer to the waves without getting wet .
Has been my cafe for ages however they have modernised their menu and now it is extremely busy .....the view however spectacular.....the coffee, wagyu steak burger, bacon and egg rolls , homemade muffins ....all great .....just the wait that is a pain now for locals
The view and location is why you'd go. The coffee is not that good, very hot and a bit over extracted. The food looks good, and the milkshakes are well priced though.
