Had lovely drive out to this lovely olde English pub in this pretty village. Menu was varied with good choices and we weren't disappointed when the food arrived. Puds were especially nice ( try the tonka bean rice pud)... Will definitely be revisiting in the spring ....

We arrived soaking wet and muddy. We were greeted, dried out by roaring fire and then ate the most glorious food - staples like haddock and chips and rice pudding but beautifully cooked. We will return for sure. Thank you for having us

This is a nice pub set in a lovely location. We just had main courses as nothing on the starters menu caught our fancy. The burger was very good but my husband ordered the duck off the main menu and we were surprised that for £20 there was hardly anything on the plate. It was supposed to come with roasted... More

We went here for an evening meal and were pleased with the service and the food. Steaks and grills fine, a little pricey I thought for amount of food but I guess on par with others these days. A nice place if you are in the area but not one I would travel miles to.

We enjoyed the evening , very comfortable and cosy but the food quality was good to excellent but overpriced. Fish and chip for £13.50 surely' heavy' the duck my wife had was excellent and very tasty but again very expensive for what it was, especially as it is a PUB type meal.

Start by saying this is a quaint pub in a beautiful village, so if you are going for a drink then I suspect you would have a good time. I went for dinner, and believe me it was not worth the money. I had the "special burger" at 13.50. I am not a fussy but I don't like well done... More

We decided to have dinner at The Ebrington Arms which was a min walk from the Holly House B&B we were staying at. The food was of a a very high standard and the staff were all very welcoming. We ate in the pub area as it was really cosy and there was a good selection of drinks. I would... More

Nice looking pub, and very pretty village, but vastly overpriced for very average food. We had bread as a starter......which along with the bottle of wine we ordered we had to chase up as neither arrived 15 mins after ordering. We had a main course each, both of which were exceptionally small. The very few vegetables we had to order... More

We were shocked to read your review and apologise you did not enjoy your meal, especially as you never mentioned anything at the time when we could have done something about it. We pride ourselves on quality and good value and have maintained our two AA rosettes for four consecutive years. Our prices are the same if not cheaper than... More

My partner and I went to the New Year's Eve dinner here at 'The Yubby' A set menu, £25 for 4 courses. As always we were warmly welcomed by the cheery staff and landlady. We were sat on a large table with other diners, which made the evening very enjoyable, meeting new people and having a good laugh with the... More

A fine English pub with a fascinating menu; I ate here twice in late December and had different courses each time. Nice wine list with choices by glass, carafe and bottle. Friendly professional service on what were busy nights both times. Wandering through the village it was fun to see the city dwellers walking towards the pub for an evening... More
