Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

As a treat we took our Canadian kids and grandchildren on a boat trip along the canal with Chris the Captain and Head Stewardess Kim where they interacted with the family making the whole experience a memorable one. We then headed to the Boat Cafe...where the staff were pleasant and always in attendance and the food went down a treat. So a Big Thankyou to All you Guys for making our kids visit a memorable one. xMore

My cousin and I visited for the first time today and what a lovely treat it was! The setting is idyllic and definitely right up my 'boat' street being around water and especially on a boat! Food was enjoyable and filling, reasonably priced too. Good...selection of drinks and very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again.More
