Location and contact

L’Oustalet is a ‘house’ that stems from a shared passion between Famille Perrin, a family of winemakers and Laurent Deconinck, a Chef. Located next to the restaurant in Gigondas. It is a mix of contemporary and authentic style at the heart of our Mediterranean culture. The ‘produce’ inspires our cuisine; we are in permanent search of the finest food and wine matches. Whether we greet our guests at the cellars, in our vegetable garden or among our truffle trees we enjoy sharing our passion. Our rooms will offer you an exceptional experience in Provence! You are in Gigondas!

Great place to be! In - and outside a very stylish and sympathic „ambiente“. Top french cuisine. Sitting under the trees, a bottle of white wine on the table alone or in good company… la vie est belle!

We were lucky to have lunch during the same week the Michelin star was awarded and you can tell why. We had an all truffle lunch and each of the four courses were beautifully presented and prepared. I normally avoid bread but had to succumb...More

I have to admit that this restaurant in terms of its refined food made by an exceptional chef and the sommelière proposing great wine pairings was one of my most memorable culinary experiences. Thank you!

This restaurant goes into the “not to be missed” category. We dined for lunch and it was simply sumptuous! You will not regret it! Very accommodating to food allergens or needs. Reservations are needed well in advance!

This was a beautiful experience in the Gigondas central square, with great ambience in the outdoor courtyard and exceptional food and service. The sleepy town would not immediately strike you as having this level of gastronomic delight. The presentation was what you’d tend get in...More

While I was looking forward to a long lunch on l'Oustelet's beautiful outdoor terrace, rain drove us into the cozy dining room instead. We were not disappointed. Our food was delicious and excellently prepared. They gave us recommendations for very good local wines at reasonable...More

North of Avignon and south of Valence, it's fair to say that there isn't an enormous selection of gastronomic restaurants to choose from. I wanted to find something for a special birthday and wasn't drawn to any of the starred ones. In the end, I...More

Our reservation at L'Oustalet was the one that I most eagerly anticipated during our two week trip. The pictures of the outdoor seating area were what made me so excited to visit. Indeed, the outdoor area really is just as pretty in person. Unfortunately, the...More

Do you mean Chateau Roche Garde in Monaco? If so, about 3 1/2 hours to Gigondas
