Hi Louise I can’t dispute anything of what you said I can only apologise, clearly it was the sous chef that prepared your lunch and wasn’t supervised properly. Call me and I will put this right for you. Kind regards Jane

A traditional English pub restaurant with outdoor tables alongside the canal. Good starting point for canalside walks or into the woods from the canal bridge.

We were a party of 14 on a Christmas staff meal and everything was great. Service was great, staff really friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, all came out hot and presented really well. Two courses for £17.95 was great value.

Yes they do sell alcohol, it's a pub! Usual good range of beverages. A pleasant place.
