We must have gone to the mango tree 3 or 4 times in Bali. Good music and friendly staff. Their avo bites and nachos are delicious! Yummy coconut mojitos!! Decent prices too!

I find it very interesting that you say you don't care who is being truthful in this situation! Really? And then you launch into a savage attack on us using very strong language for a situation that you didn't witness and have no point of reference for... You know we get many fantastic, kind and generous customers who really appreciate our wonderful cafe and are understanding when things go wrong at times. We love having these people in our cafe! And then we get the rude, impatient, intolerant and impossible to please customers who are ready to chop our heads off and jump down our throat the second somethings goes wrong. And one thing i have come to observe over the many years is that, despite our best efforts, it's usually with the difficult customers that things go wrong. Another thing i have learnt over the years is that you can measure a person by how well they handle situations when things do go wrong. You know, when we go somewhere and are not happy with the service, we discuss it with the business and politely advise them that things could be improved. We understand that things go wrong at times and this gives them a chance to assess the criticism, offer an apology if needed etc and is called constructive criticism. Publicly attacking a business without bringing it to the attention of the management first and discussing it with them, show's a complete lack of respect for the business and the people running it. Actually in our culture, your own words, callous, vindictive, rude and juvenile apply well to this sort of behaviour. I'm not sure about despicable and disgusting... maybe they apply better to your response? Our business has become very popular recently and we have been doing our best to keep up with it. But we are only human and at times, despite our best efforts, we get overloaded and make mistakes. And when they are brought to our attention, as they were in this situation, we humbly apologise and do our best to correct the situation. But when people are vindictive and rude to us and about us, I really don't care too much. Hopefully they will not come back! It's a great relief that you will never visit our cafe! We really don't need customers like yourself. And really, if you're looking for something to get fired up about and cause loss of control of your jaw muscles, how about the 40,000 children who die of starvation of every day, or the criminal bankers and governments who orchestrate this. Much more worthy of your passionate attention than someone who got upset because they did not request a glass and then had to wait a few minutes for their bottle of water!
