Had some food here before heading to a comedy show was almost a shame to leave so much so that once the comedy show ended I ended up back in the bell. The house band was amazing and the atmosphere was electric a great night was had

The pint is good, the music is good, however its the quality of the staff that stand out in this large and at times busy pub. Real bar men/women, people that can take an order, remember it, however long it is and deliver it with the minimum of fuss. People that can serve customers in the order they appeared at... More

Lunch time on Monday and there was plenty of choice on the menu. The food and service were excellent and so were the portion sizes . Well worth the cab ride from the hotel as we were staying in Tyrrelstown.

Regardless of where you are from, this bar offers an awful lot to anyone who enjoys a decent pint with a bowl of chicken wings or, a game of pool, darts or even a game of bingo. This bar is always known for its large lounge with live music every weekend with a mix up of bands and dj's alike.... More

I have had lunch there several times and not been impressed. Service, while friendly, was slow. The food was standard carvery and reasonably priced. The last time I was there, I was frozen by the cold draught blowing through the bar. The sofa-type seat was unusable due to broken or no springs. The place is a bit depressing with all... More

Great Irish pub with huge portions of traditional Irish food, with a daily special. A half portion of a full roast beef dinner including two types of potatoes, stuffing, gravy, and a vegetable medley for under 7 Euro. Very tasty and great atmosphere in a local pub.
