A 60 minute wait for an overdone steak is not my idea of a fun night out. Given the length of time they had you would think they could have got it right. Shame really because it's quite a nice place. Probably give it another...go.More

Rang at 4:15 to book a table for 2 , and the table was ready as we ordered drinks at the bar . We had a Sunday platter for 2 , it was delicious ! Beautiful meat , tender and tasty ham,beef and turkey. The...food was hot and well presented and lots of it, we couldn't manage a desert unfortunately! Couldn't fault anything at all. Our server was Becky, she was pleasant and helpful ...we will definitely be eating here again.More

Amazing food served promptly. The restaurant was warm, clean and welcoming with friendly staff. Our order was taken quickly and the food did not take long at all. It was delicious too! Unfailingly a good choice for lunch or dinner. Friendly staff, excellent food, slightly unusual items often added to the menu alongside the country pub standards. Easy parking and a short walking distance from Mouldsworth station. Can get a bit noisy on a busy evening but...just book a quiet table if you're there for a chat and catch-up time. If you're a walker, which I was in my younger days, it's an easy distance from the west side of Delamere Forest.More
