Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This family-owned restaurant, in the middle of the district of Ginza, is a gem. Small, below level, need to be discovered when you just go down the steers, with limited space. The owner and his wife welcome you in a typical and small house, where...very good and small area, you enjoy typical and fresh Japanese dishes, Kobe sushi, and grilled, delicious! At one in the life experience in typical seating venue. In fact, UNIQUE! And a Must.More

Best steaks ever. Skipped the multi course and ordered mid size sirloin and filet. Melt in your mouth. About $500 for 3 adults but worth it to us.

This was a nice hidden gem in Tokyo. We were welcomed with a smile, and the staff was very patient with our attempts to practice speaking Japanese. It was not necessary as most everyone knew some English. The meal was excellent. We had the filet,...and thoroughly enjoyed each course. We would definitely come back - highly recommend!More

We had the sirloin and a filet meal that inc sushi beef which melted in your mouth and a small salad plus dessert that sent our taste buds into overload. If you didnt know about this place you would find it and if you did...you probably wouldn’t go down to it. You’ll need to reserve a table for dinner, the owner speaks very good english so this wont be a problemMore

Best meat I’ve ever had. Hands down. Portions were very small, that’s my only complaint. And the staff barely spoke any English, which was fine, just FYI. Go for the meat!

Dined here after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. First off the hotel made a reservation for us and no mention was made of the need to take off your shoes. I had not worn socks and felt a bit uncomfortable during the entire meal. Staff...spoke English, which was helpful. Ordered the Kobe filet for the hubby and a regular sirloin for myself. The thin slices of beef served as an appetizer were more tender than either steak. The Kobe was not that impressive for the price. Served with rice and miso soup. Nothing to call your attention. 27400 yen for dinner with a bottle of wine.More

We had an excellent dinner tonight. Great service. Touristic but lovely. Sitting on the floor but with room for the legs. Food was excellent. Great meat on all courses. Expensive.... but very satisfying.

We went here due to good reviews and we were not disappointed. We ordered the kobe fillet and sirloin. Both are tasty and soft. Prices are fair for Kobe beef. It was approximately $130 to 160 (150 to 200 g). There is no need for...reservation during lunch. It opens at 1130 am but its better to come early since it is very popular. Once you enter the restaurant, remove your shoes and place it in the plastic bag that is available. They only accept cash. Service is friendly and efficient. It is worth a try.More

Came across some good reviews for this place and wanted to give it a whirl. Very close to the Courtyard Marriott Ginza so helped a lot. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, all spoke English and put up with my poor Japanese. Menu also...in English and they helped you through it. Shoes off before you enter the restaurant area, and then your in old school. Decor felt dated (c late 70’s early 80’s) or they were knocking the vibe out of the park! Ordered the Kobe fillet and the food was quick, must say the salad, steak sushi, were so so, but the main entree was lovely. Should have ordered the larger one! All in all, good place to start a trip in Tokyo. ........yes that is steak sushi - the rice is underneath!More

Hi Carbarina, I went without making one. I think it shouldn't take long as they serve the food really fast which means people get out of there fast too. Alternatively, you can call/get your hotel to call them? Cheers!
