Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Down the stairs and there’s a good surprise through the door. A small unique restaurant with good food at a decent price and a good feel with enjoyable veggie options too. Many thanks!

Quirky, delicious and good value. This basement restaurant is very small but beautifully decorated with an eclectic mix of music. The menu is extensive and very interesting with options for vegetarians. My food was very very tasty and served piping hot. Nice choice of beers...and friendly service. Good choice if you need a break from Japanese food.More

Came here as we wanted a wee break from Japanese food despite feeling guilty for it, and now we’re back for round 2! This place is awesome! Tiny space, food is made in front of you in a lounge type area, honestly the best Mexican-style...food we’ve ever had. So good. Not pretentious and the man cooking is super humble - would highly recommend.More

Went here a few years ago with a large group that reserved a space well in advance and only had a limited amount of things we could eat. The restaurant wasn't ready for us at the reservation time and the food took a long time...to come out. Also, the food quality was just average at best and not Mexican, not even Tex-Mex. There was an Italian type of thing served and I would never go back, especially for how much we paid. Complete rip-off.More

What a great little restaurant. The interior is like somebody's living room. It is very cozy and has a real home feel. There is probably room for about 15 people. The food, beef burrito in my case, was really good. The music they were playing...was good type. A classic rock, pop style. You could probably ask the owner to play what you want if you asked nicely. I would definitely visit again to try their other menu items.More

Although we have never been to the restaurant, we were extremely excited to find they have an incredible online shop that ships an incredibly diverse set of vegan, vegetarian and meat options. We have lived in Asia for 12 years and what we have (had...now!) missed the most was for a burrito/enchilada that is close to what we we were able to get in the U.S. Our search is now over thanks to the Pink Cow! Their vegan burritos and enchiladas are absolutely fantastic and the sauce on the enchiladas is unbelievable. Each burrito/enchilada comes individually wrapped which makes it really easy to store and we just pop it into the oven whenever we get a craving for Mexican food. They also offer lentil burgers, chicken burritos, guacamole and many other choices which makes it really easy to stock up. Thanks Pink Cow!More

Intimate atmosphere, colorful space, homegrown music, an artists' hang-out, where interesting conversations, delicious & copious meals are guaranteed. A veritable international HUB-of-happening in Tokyo. Grateful for their events, the people and the warm & cozy atmosphere.

Originally from Southern California, we are always on the look-out for Mexican food in Japan. It is hard to find and rarely good. The Pink Cow is an exception. The beef chimichanga was one of the best we have ever had. The flavors, spice, and...texture were on the mark. We felt very welcome. The environment is casual, funky, and interesting. We will definitely be back.More

I recently visited this place, and didn’t know what to expect when it came to this joint, but it was not what I thought it’d be. For starters, the food was to die for, and I cannot get enough of it!! Secondly, the atmosphere was...great and the music was right up my alley. The event was awesome also. The people were nice and friendly and always down to chat and share. This place is very homey and nice and a place where you wanna be. I can only give it a 5 out of 5, too bad I cannot give it more. Highly recommended.More
