A quaint food stop near Stovepipe Wells. Decor reminds one of old Western classics! Bar serves drinks and appetizers. There's a full service restaurant alongside that has midrange priced dinner options. Posters of movies shot at Death Valley (Star Wars!) add to the charm!

It is a cute saloon with the best food quality (not that there are that many choices in the area though). We would have come there for every meal if it was a little closer to Furnace creek.

The chili was very unique with sausage and pork in it, but no beans. I really enjoyed it. There was a large party of foreign tourists in the restaurant and the wait staff seemed a bit frazzled, but they were nice once you got their...More

Walked out after the waiter told us "There were other people sitting here" after we sat down at an empty table.

We arrived late at the Ranch and with few dining options thought a quick pizza would be nice; the service was slow and the juke box was so loud all of us had buzzing heads. The pizza was fairly good, and they have a Caesar...More

Not certain, but I highly doubt it given how concessions are usually handled in national parks.

If you mean a family owned and operated,,95% sure no. I think it is owed by that concessionaire that is allowed to run Stovepipe Wells,,maybe Xanterra?
