it really is fine dining with service and food to match, priced on the high side with a glass of wine at $18 gives you a clue

Had a great lunch here this week. Had Mahi Mahi Tacos with a potato salad-quite tasty. Wife had turkey sandwich also very tasty. Very good service and a great view of Death Valley. Very well priced-- a must if you are visiting Death Valley.

We spent 4 days visiting Death Valley and ate lunch here twice. Once in the dining room and once outside on the terrace. Service and food were excellent. Our meal cost the same as the lunch we had at Stovepipe Wells Saloon.

When we were there in April this year, there was talk of renovating the entire area around the hotel and village nearby.
