Relatively good coffee and an excellent burrito to prop it up was delicious. And very friendly service from Edd (from Louisiana) made it better and he gave us a tip... More

Tourist trap with expensive, very average food. I felt ripped off with the prices. A long line and wait for food did not make anything easier.

We stopped to grab a bite to eat and drink after our tour of the tower. Coffee, hot chocolate and soup. All were what we needed

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful even after my kids spilled all over the place and they had to clean it up. They offered my kids a cookie when they seemed to not want to eat and we said ok so we bought it and then they offered to heat it up so it would taste better. The... More

having been blown away by the views from the top of Desert View Watchtower, we skipped the cafeteria and went to the Marketplace instead. Good move. Much greater choice, although it is more of a choose what you want for your food and drink to make up a 'picnic', as opposed to have it cooked and prepared for you, that... More

Great place with an amazing view. This is a must-see. Looks very cool on a snowy day. The place is several floors, so prepare to climb some stairs. Would not miss it if I came back.

This was a neat historical spot. The restaurant is a place to get a snack. More importantly get a snack and take in the view. Its much different then the south rim main visitor center, but glad we saw it! Its about 20 miles away.

There are great views here. There is a gift shop that you can look at the canyon from inside on a cold day. There is also a place to get some snacks and there is a bathroom. My kids when into the tower and liked it.

Expectations cannot be great for a relatively small cafe at Desert View, but it is certainly OK. It has seats inside and some outside as well, we only had hot drinks but there is also food there.
