Went there as family of 2ad + 2chd, very warm welcome, fast and efficient service. The dishes were tasteful, it was a very nice experience. I would recommend this restaurant ! Here below a picture if my main course: saddle of deer with delicious spätzle, fruits and cabbage :)

Seasonal specialities, excellent menu. Le marbré de faisan ( on the photo), steaks, risotto all freshly cooked. Attentive personnel, parking behind. Need to book for an evening well in advance. Avr lunch w/out wine 50 per person. To. E recommended!

Many Swiss towns and villages have "Auberges Communales" and to be frank until one arrives at the restaurant one is never sure what one will get - in this case the cuisine is absolutely top-notch. The menu was very diverse and there was something for all tastes on it. The Pheasant/Pistachio Terrine was superb. The plat du jour - thin... More

We live in the region and we discovered this gem a couple of years ago. Since, we returned several times to check the entire menu! The menu does give you a huge choice, but every plate deserve your attention, since it is inventive, well presented and of course incredibly tasty. Wines are also interesting. Final note: not very expensive, definitely... More

Enjoyed very fine cuisine. Very good meat and fish. Limited choice but all very good. Service remarkably friendly and professional. We want to come back and enjoy the rest of the proposals with some more time. Maybe the place lacks of charme but the Lang family does a great job.

Despite the "generic" name, the food at this restaurant is top class. The menu changes according to the season and is written up on large blackboards. While the menu is limited the food is truly excellent, the services is cheerful and the atmosphere is relaxed. Dined here as a couple and with children and enjoyed it both times; there may... More

What a pleasant experience of a carefully prepared luncheon. Carefully chosen produce, tastefully presented, carefully served. Good service - a very pleasant experience in a relaxed environment quaintly and simply decorated. The chef is young ( M. Lang), the staff are young yet their service is friendly and careful, led by Mme. Lang. The menu offered can suit all budgets.... More
