Another great visit to Dohertys Cafe in Bridgend! The menu here offers the usual breakfasts, chips, burgers, fish, lasagne etc. A great inexpensive spot to stop for a bite to eat. The fish n chips was excellent and came with half chips and a side salad of coleslaw, potatoe salad etc. I would also recommend the lasagne and Dohertys also... More

My mum only ate the bread! I tried to scrape the batter to eat the fish. Disgraceful to actually serve this poor quality... More

Have not been in this establishment for a long time and was horrified with the awful fish which I was served. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will never set foot in this cafe ever again

I wasn't disappointed...absolutely beautiful as was the tasty bread and coffee that I had with it. Very clean cafe and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be calling back in... More

We were highly recommended to try this place out, so we did. Friday lunch time we were greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming as soon as we entered the premises. We had fish and chips and we certainly were not disappointed, the best we have had in a long time. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely... More

called in this afternoon for something to eat as I had heard very good reports about it. My husband ordered the fry and all the food appeared to be cooked in a deep fat fryer. I ordered the cheeseburger and chips, the chips were ok but the cheeseburger was awful, must have been that processed meat in. the place itself... More
