Enjoyed the food here, was pretty reasonably priced (between $20-$30 for most meals) Didn't find "Island time" to be an issue, food came pretty quickly, never felt like there was a huge wait, and view is amazing!

The food was good. Service was mostly good, but some misses. Not all menu items are always available. Deck overlooking the reef is awesome.

This is part of the rarotongan resort and is the main restaurant and bar for the facility. The menu is straight forward and reasonably priced all be it a bit limited. (The limited menu options can make a long stay challenging) Quality of the food is good and service is great, especially Adre. There is a reasonable wine and beer... More

Value for money ✔️ Family orientated ✔️ Affordable ✔️ Although the service was slow and the al le carte menu was simple, it was fine!

The bad reviews are accurate and you should go anywhere but here. You would be better off fishing for your own meal in the lagoon than wait for this restaurant to prepare your food. I was a party of two and I ordered the grilled tuna. It took over 80 minutes to get our food. I thought perhaps they sent... More

I've just had a read through some of the recent reviews and it sounds like we got lucky but we actually enjoyed all 3 dinners at this restaurant. The food was really good and also quite quick. We do tend to order quite safely though and didn't try anything too exotic. Getting service to sit at a table is probably... More

We ate at Captain Andy's once during our trip after the first place we tried to go to was closed for a private function. We have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The service is very slow and it took ages for our drinks to come. When they did finally arrive we really didn't like the passionfruit mojitos we ordered. They... More

We were staying at the Rarotongan resort which wasn't all that bad but the restaurant is another story. First night there was about five other couples waiting on food and drinks. There was no service available, after waiting about 15 minutes we placed an order at bar and took our seats to be disgusted with a mouldy table cloth, dirty salt... More

If you expekt some kind of service, fresh food and a lovely evening don't go here. This is a place where you wait 60min for your drinks and food, you'll need to pick up the menu card yourself etc.
