Took a cab from Hamilton. Asked our cab driver what he gets on the sandwich, he recommended tomato cheese and coleslaw, so that's what we ordered. The guy working the register was so friendly! My wife doesn't eat fried fish, he got her a sample...More

We were recently in Bermuda on a cruise. My research had revealed that Bermuda is known for fish sandwiches and that Art Mel's was the place to go. It did not disappoint. It was thick white fish, fried (not greasy), topped with coleslaw and tartar...More

Incredible fish sandwich on raisin bread. Worth the confusing route to get there and decently priced. Could make a couple meals out of it.

Never underestimate how good an Art Mel's sandwich tastes. There is enough food in one sandwich for two good meals. The fish is delicious.

Short cab drive (definitely wouldn't recommend walking) from downtown Hamilton, offered the cab driver a fish sandwich to wait for us. Very small, laid back .. ordered the fish sandwich on raisin bread, tartar & hot sauce and fish fries. Might have to visit Bermuda...More

Difficult to find but more than worth the effort. Best fish sandwich I've ever had. I would suggest one sandwich for two people. You won't be disappointed. I liked the raisin bread version. You can also get it on whole wheat.

I loved the fish sandwich with coleslaw and tartar sauce. It's big enough for two. No where to eat at Art Mel's. He sells a lot of sandwiches.

Light battered fish, tartar sauce, a bit of hot sauce between two slices of fresh raisin bread and you've got in your hands the best fish sandwich you'll probably every eat!

This is the best little hole-in-the-wall spot you will ever find in Bermuda that offers amazing fish sandwiches. They also sell salads, burger, fries, chicken legs and other goodies, but its the fish sandwiches that keep people coming back. They only offer take- out and...More

I think that it was Wahoo.
I'm still unclear how to get to the restaurant by bus. Is it bus #5? Bus #10? Frequency of service is a plus, of course, if there are multiple routes. It'd really help if there were detailed route maps for the buses of Bermuda!

Jason we walked half way back to Hamilton after going to Art Mel's just to see the area. It wasn't much to see however we did stumble upon a nice park about 12 mins into our walk where we stopped to eat. Not all the streets... More
