Great local spot. Good service and food. We loved the vibe. It was our first time in bermuda we actually went back again another night-we loved it. Casual and freindly. If you're in the area and enjoy local flair don't miss it.
This place was recommended to us by a local tour guide. We did a takeout lunch order to eat a nearby beach. The conch fritters appetizer and shrimp feast entree were fabulous. The shrimp feast comes with a side so we chose the Mac &...cheese which was also delicious. The place had a cool vibe inside with a full bar. Would definitely eat here again.More
Whatever seasoning they use on their fried fish and calamari is great. Our 3 year old couldn’t get enough of it either. A taxi driver suggested the place to us. The owner spoke to us a while as well and gave suggestions.
Could not ask for better quality food, fresh and delicious. Chowder is best! Excellent service and super friendly people. Great atmosphere
I recommend LITT if you are staying nearby or visiting Warwick Long Bay Beach. There is a bus stop right outside, so it's easy to get to by the #7 bus. The bus driver may not know it. If he/she doesn't, tell them that it...used to be the Swizzle Inn South. We didn't peek inside, but the outside is reminiscent of the Swizzle Inn across from the Crystal Caves. It is very pleasant to sit outside and have cocktails or a meal. We were greeted and seated promptly, and our drink orders were taken right away. There was a bit of a wait for the drinks, but everything else arrived as promptly as expected. They might have been understaffed, but the two servers were working very hard and were friendly and attentive. We started with the mussels with the white wine garlic sauce and the fish chowder. The mussels were large and good, if a bit chewy, and the sauce was delicious. My husband liked the chowder but prefers a thicker style. On the other hand, he loved the Bermuda fish sandwich--pronounced it as good as any and better than most. My fish cake sandwich arrived piping hot. I wasn't expecting a gourmet treat, and it was fine--no complaints. We shared the brownie a la mode for dessert. The brownie was served hot, and the dessert was just enough to top off the meal--not overwhelming--especially when shared. I'm only giving LITT 4 stars because of the kind of place it is--casual, not fine-dining, but I definitely recommend it.More
My wife and on were on our first trip to Bermuda. Friends had recommended LITT and gold us we HAD to try their fish chowder...they were RIGHT! Everything we had was delicious! Our server Ruth was terrific! Food was served quickly but we were never...rushed! This was the 1st and last place we ate on our trip! We will be back next time!More
Great food with great Bermuda island atmosphere. The owner, Delvin, is the nicest man. It’s obvious he works hard to provide a great experience for his customers. I highly recommend a casual lunch or dinner, especially the fish sandwich with coleslaw on raisin bread. Outstanding....Went twice while there just for that sandwich!More
Was very hot day and I had skipped breakfast so I was hungry so was really happy to get AC and order something . We came in and were ignored by staff looking at phones . Found a seat it was loud music and only...3 other tables busy but we had to wait ages before anyone came to table we were so thirsty eventually wearing a mask under their nose the waiter came . My husband said was their anything for his food allergies (wheat corn soy ) waiter didn’t seem interested just shrugged like hadn’t heard . He didn’t even say he’d check . My husband was so annoyed and said it’s ok just order your own as he’d had breakfast. I ordered my late lunch of fish sandwich which came dry ,I hadn’t Realised I’d have to ask for anything on it as he only inquired if wanted the bread toasted ,so it came dry toast no lettuce tomato or mayonnaise… Luckily the actual fish was well made very good and fresh and seasoned well not over cooked which is a standard for some places. The waiter did seem to finally care as he held the door for me but it was all a bit late . I’d try again just for the fish but like the name I think the word “serve “ got lost in the TriangleMore
Do yourself a favor and go eat here - lunch, dinner, or both (as in our case)! This little gem was a short walk away from our hotel and we were so happy to find it. With all the overpriced options on the island that...still leave you wishing for something more, LITT was everything and more we could have asked for and then some. Great food, great prices, and great service! The owner, Delvin, who is the nicest guy and makes a point to come talk to you, is also the main fisherman who supplies the restaurant with the freshest fish, which is cooked to perfection. Go check them out and give them some love!More
My wife and I had a great time at LITT! They catch their fish and serve it fresh, and it was delicious! Great atmosphere mixed with locals and visitors, I will be back!
My friends and I came in from a beach day in bikini tops and sarongs/skirts/shorts and were told by the owner they wouldn’t serve us because she “had kids there and it was a family restaurant”. I find it absolutely shocking that while living on...an island these children have never seen a person in a bathing suit top before. -5/10 do better it’s 2021 figure it out.More
Great spot to eat in Bermuda! Delvin the owner is super cool. Drinks are good and the fish is fresh!! Would recommend the chowder!! Be sure to stop by!
We've been here 8 days and eaten at LITT 3 times and we have not had the same thing twice. Delvin the owner is a fisherman, you are getting the catch of day, if he doesn't think it tastes good, he's not serving it. He's...wonderful and he's got great staff. The special tonight was tuna tartare served on avocado with crispy chips on top, its an appetizer, it was my entre, also tuna nuggets..yummy. The baked rock fish with peas and rice, delicious. Their fish chowder was the best I've had here in Bermuda, made with fish stock. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!!More
Will say soon! Previously their lobster Thermador has been amazing. Good sized servings. I just wanted people to know that they have moved and may not be open for another 2 weeks.
