First, make sure to get a reservation! Confirm it the day before your lunch/dinner in order not to lose your spot. We went there for a nice romantic dinner during our short stay in Havana. Drinks were expensive and so are the dishes. While I did enjoy my lobster risotto my husband had a different impression of the 3-style steak... More

La Guardia is a restaurant for your bucket list, old school cuban restaurant just what you expect Cuba to be like! Food was delicious, service was amazing. Numerous celebrities have dined here. When we finished our meal we went up to the roof top bar which is new and modern and looking out over old Cuba. Amazing experience! Our favorite... More

Love to take photos and this place is so good for me. I really love specially: nostalgic chair, plate, glass, spoon which is different from each other. We ate lobster and fish and it was amazing taste. Its a bit expensive. i would give 5 rate but the owner is very sullen and some stuff too.

La Guardia has been on my list for a while. The vibe is amazing along with the stairs you have to climb. The food this time was ok for me, but I mainly enjoyed the roof. This place is a great experience for a first timer to the city and is always a go to for me.

It's like being in a movie. The "lobby" is old with a worn marble staircase. We sat on the roof on a clear night. The staff is friendly and speaks English. We got the lobster, tuna tartar, papaya lasagna, and beef carpaccio. We were blown away - and this is coming from New Yorkers who are spoiled when it comes... More

It was our first night in Havana and also my husband's birthday ; so we celebrated at La Guardia which is set in an old crumbling building that is being updated and repaired. The entrance is quite fun since you go up a grand circular staircase but bewared coming back down after cocktails and dinner.....it is twisty and steep. Our guide...known... More

I'll keep this short since this place doesn't need more reviews. It is an absolutely decadent and beautiful restaurant with gorgeous balcony views of Havana Centro and rustic mansion room interiors. The food is delicious, well worth the price, and the service is impeccable. But you MUST make reservations before hand. You might be able to squeeze yourself in for... More

La Guarida...wow. Such an incredibly beautiful dining experience from the private outdoor balcony they sat us at to the great seafood and delicious mojitos. Even the bathroom is beautiful. It was the perfect first night in Havana and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Make sure you follow their reservation policy and confirm 24 hours before; definitely request... More

Reservations strongly recommended. As you climb the marble stairs in this dilapidated palace, you can see how wonderful this building once was - the grand high ceilings, the wonderful floors but now sadly run down it still has an epic beauty to the place. Despite the scaffolding. When you reach the top it's a different world. Now like most restaurants... More
