Some months ago, we stopped at this restaurant and had a delicious coffee while friends roamed the sector of Punda in Willemstad. This time we decided to try it for lunch with the family. It was a terrible mistake!! We had arrived from Bonaire where we ate delicious fresh fish. We asked the waitress if the fish on the menu... More

I feel like family each time I visit. Service is personal, sweet and the the food is always super delicious! Whether you would like to try a nice coffee with dessert or have a three course meal. I have enjoyed some amazingly delicious authentic Italian dishes that you cannot find anywhere else on the island. I look forward to having... More

Real Italian food. A very small restaurant across the street from the Synagogue (a must-see regardless of your religious persuasion). They don't stay open late, so if you want dinner, you should get there by 6 p.m. We were very thankful our new friends Jim and Richard recommended it; just sorry it was our last night on the island. Had... More

This restaurant was recommended by another guest at our hotel - and touted as a favorite of the local business people. We visited at lunchtime on a weekday and the place was, indeed, very busy. The 2 women working there were friendly and attentive. The food was good overall, but outstanding. Minestrone was wonderful, but the calamari was very chewy... More

We had the best Lentil soup at Mario's, also enjoyed their pasta. This place is in downtown, on a small pedestrian street. If you are in the neighborhood, go check it out.

For a long time, this has been our favorite Italian, because the chef is Italian, cooking honest Italian food. Everything tastes real Italian (we ate lots of good Italian in Italy so we know what we like). Service of 2 ladies who's been here from the beginning are also good reason to visit. Only downside is probably the service charge... More

Love this place. Cute little place, good food, lovely staff. Owner Mirty personally welcomes most patrons ...many look like regulars. Review about the tiramisu is spot-on ...it is amazing. Wines are very good.
