About
Jamaica is home to some of the finest coffee in world. Named after the region from where it is cultivated; Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee is unique in several ways. Primarily, the most widely sown coffee bean in the region isn’t the more common Robusta or Arabica species, but the lesser known Peaberry coffee bean. The Peaberry coffee bean is naturally sweeter and lower in caffeine than its counterparts. Coupled with nutrient rich soil, elevation (only considered to be authentic Blue Mountain Coffee if grown at an elevation of between 3000 ft. and 5500ft in the Blue Mountain range) and perfect weather conditions, all contribute to Blue Mountain’s unique taste. Patsy’s Coffeeshop aims to combine the best of all worlds. Premium, locally sourced, Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, prepared exclusively by our baristas that have honed their skills courtesy of our European trained Maestro. We take pride in preparing our coffee using the only La Spaziale Espresso machine in Jamaica!

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Patsy’s is a must stop when I am in Negril. The food, the views, the staff make it a memorable visit each time. My Blue Mountain coffee is always made to order and the omelette has so much callaloo that it doesn’t fully fold over. The sea view keeps me mesmerized to the point where I lose track of time. The staff…always pleasant and caring. At times I work from there and the Wi-Fi is always reliable. Highly recommend!

We stopped for ice cream in waffle cones which were handmade and very good. There was a good selection of flavours and a hidden seating area tucked away behind the storefront (around the back). The seating along the ocean was beautiful. Comfy couches and a seawall with an ocean and cliffs view, and lots of umbrellas. Enough room for one or two vehicles to park along the side of the road

Great place!! The coffee was soooo good. Had a cup of delicious ice cream (I should've ordered a sugar cone). We relaxed, watching the fish in the water. Took 2 pieces of cheesecake to go and they were very sweet, best dessert in 9 trips!

This is a lovely spot in terms of location and beauty, the cafe its self looks authentic to what you would think of Jamaica and Negril. Staff were very nice and friendly. I would not return here though and I was surprised they had 1800 followers on instagram as I think it’s more marketing and pictures that make the food look good. We were seated and orders taken promptly however it took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive which were 2 smoothies, 1 milkshake and a coffee and over an hour for our food to arrive. Which was mediocre at best. We had pancakes, 2 plates of waffles and a plate of ackee, it should not of took an hour to bring this and the kids were flaking. They also weren’t the nicest pancakes and waffles Iv tried. Disappointing as this was our first breakfast in the area.

We arrived at 12:05 today for lunch. They brought us a breakfast menu that had printed on it that breakfast service stopped at noon. We asked for a lunch menu and was told they didn't have one. We both ordered an omelette. They were average at best. There were no condiments of any kind at the table. (Or on any of the tables) A little bit of salt would have improved the omelette. Didn't see a server after they brought out our food to even ask for salt. Disappointed all the way around. With so many good places to eat in Negril we will pass this one by next time.

This place is a must see and has wonderful views of the ocean to sit at and eat or have some very good coffee or perhapse you prefer Ganja ice cream? (they had vanila or chocolate Ganja ice cream when we were there). The regular ice cream was also amazing and very smooth. Breakfast was very good here also especialy eating ocean side :) If you are near here it is a must stop place to go see / visit and staff are very welcoming and kind. Hope to be back again soon.Thank you!

After half a dozen trips to Negril, and eating breakfast just about everywhere, we were fortunate enough to discover Patsy’s. Breakfast only, and ice cream sales the rest of the day. This is a small family owned place on the cliffs on West End Road. Easily the best authentic Jamaican breakfast I’ve ever had. Ackee, callaloo, ground provision, bammy and fried dumplings. Don’t worry, the also have pancakes, waffles, and other items to please anybody. The setting is lovely, and the staff and owners couldn’t be more welcoming. Do yourself a favor and don’t miss Patsy’s when in Negril

This is a great place for breakfast and edibles to enjoy at a really beautiful area where 7 mile begins. The deck seating is perfect to enjoy your breakfast. Coffee was delicious and we had the special ice cream every day. Will return next trip

What a great place with delicious food and ice cream. They even have special ice cream, it smelled amazing and I heard that it is the best on the island. They have a great deck with an excellent view also.

Our favorite breakfast spot in Negril for awesome coffee, great omlettes with potatoes that you will remember! The views is spectacular with the sound of the sea crashing on the rocks below. Terry has a wonderful place and his sister Julia provided great service and a warm smile. A must visit if in Negril!

The mornings we had walking along the road to Patsys in Negril to have breakfast were incredible. A pure ocean view around the back made every morning very serene with great tasting food and occasionally a few tiny crabs would crawl past. Oh and the ice cream is great!

The atmosphere, the staff, the food and the view is perfect. I spent a lot of time here, writing my book, and the staff was warmly friendly to me. I was served the best food every time I was there, and treated with a special treat on my birthday. They make the sugar cones for the ice cream in front of you. Thank you, Ruby and Kevena you two are the best.

We visited twice. The first to grab some ice cream and discovered the chocolate cake. OMG. We were staying at The Spa resort and I think they were purchasing Patsy's chocolate cake! Anyway we also discovered they offer breakfast. So we did breakfast there the very next day! AMAZING! The view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are close or even if you not make the drive! We are coming back the week of Christmas but with our boys. We are staying at Villa Sur Mer in which is about 10 minutes from Patsy's...we will do breakfast daily! And grab a slice of cake to go!

Right on the corner leading up to the cliffs. Great coffee and breakfast and a nice view to go with it. We came early 8am and was pretty empty but it filled up quick. Fair prices and good service! Will be back when I’m negril!
