If you're looking for local flavor, you can't do any better than Sips & Bites, only a few feet up the road from the Rockhouse. Delicious brown chicken stew, and jerked pork, and they'll happily pack it up "to go" for you.

Revisited after a 2 year absence. We ordered the fish and chips served with breadfruit, festival and plantain and it was very good. Red Stripe bought from the shop next door. Well served and all together a pleasant experience. We will revisit next year.
We love sips & Bites never have we had a bad meal at this well run local establishment. Next the rock house it's a favorite stop for us. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.
