Sips is a solid restaurant in Negril. The food is great and we stop in as offten as we can while in Negril. The pricing is very reasonable and the verity is awsome.... Bring your own beer it you want it with your meal, or just walk to the small corner store next door and grab a few red strip.

Food is very good! My regular spot for an Ackee and Saltfish breakfast or soup! Food is served quite leisurely so hopefully you're not in a hurry when dining here.

Our waitress was unattentive and my niece had a fly cooked into the bottom of her pancake... You make your decision.

This is the place where the local police and taxi drivers have their breakfast. Decent price and well cooked food. The spanish omelette is my favourite and it is served (as all omelettes) with Festival (a kind of bread that is cooked through deep frying), deep fried Plantain, toast, bread fruit and Kalalu (a spinach like vegetable). The 12-year old... More

Next door to Rockhouse Hotel. Great restaurant! Great portions. We had breakfast and dinner there twice. We had no problems with the food or service. There was no haggling in regards to the prices. We recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants authentic Jamaican food at a great price.

We have visited Sips and Bites many times over the years. Always delicious Jamaican food at ridiculously low prices. The place itself is very "no frills" and homey. The food is wonderful and flavorful. I lean toward the curried goat or the oxtail. My wife will always go for the curried chicken.

We found this restaurant late in our trip, otherwise we'd have had several meals there! We went for a late lunch - it was fantastic. Friendly service, wonderful food. If you want alcohol, it's BYOB - but there's a store next door where you can pick it up.

This was a welcome break from the resort food on Seven Mile Beach. Authentic Jamaican food and friendly service at a fraction of the cost. The wife and I had the kingfish plate and it was excellent.

What's not to like ? Sips and Bites provides authentic home cooked Jamaican food in massive money saving portions. I skipped breakfast as I often do and rolled up her every day for brunch which often tied me over until late in the evening. I struggle to understand how anyone can fault this place. The menu is chalked up so... More
