If you are missing home...french fries are definitely comforting...Joy can do that for you! Its like eating at her house, with flowers on every table, but you are right at the beach! There is much to choose from on her menu...and its all made with Jamaican love!

It's on the beach just a couple of doors up from Nirvana, next to White Sands. The guard at our place recommended it and boy was he right. The brown stewed chicken was the best we've had. Not spicy hot, but lots of flavor from spice. We tried the club sandwich for lunch and really liked those too. There are... More

We love Rainbow Arch. We have been going for years. Some people feel like they have to to wait too long for food. Well it s worth it. They make everything when you order it. Excellent. If you want true Jamaican food go to Rainbow Arch.

We were recommended some food from rainbow since it was right next door and the kids were hungry. I went over to order some food to take home and tried the local jerkchicken. I would not recommend this place. It took a long time, was overpriced and not really tasty. (When I went back the next day to buy some... More

IBeing at White Sands, the Rainbow is next door. SO I stopped there with a companion and we ordered the white fish with jerk sauce and found it to be very good. The service was slow because the waitress and cook were one in the same but it was worth the wait for us.

We tried to eat here a few times but it was closed. Then we met Denise and scheduled an 8:00 pm dinner which was excellent. The wife and I had the goat curry which was tender and delicious...at a price that should embarass most of the restaurants on Seven Mile Beach. Great value, friendly service in a funky Jamaica beachfront... More

We were at the Rainbow Arch at @ 2:00 in the afternoon. The place was empty, but the cook said it wasn't a problem. She fixed our meal and it was one of the best lunches we had our entire visit to Negril. By far the best festival bread I have ever eaten. Delicious food!

Laid back place on the beach to find some shade from the sun while having a beer or some fried chicken.

On the beach with 4 tables having a hard surface and two largish tables have a sand floor. we visited twice and we chose it for our last night. Good Jamaican food served with a friendly smile. We had garlic shrimp and jerk chicken - both as good as it gets. the bill came speedily and there is a book... More

The best food on the beach I love the cucumber sandwich and the pumpkin soup is a must have. The food is consistent and always fresh.
