As this date there is no Vegan restaurant in San Juan this is the best option if looking for Vegan food. Its trend is Indian Food and spices with a touch of Puerto Rican strange combination but the result is great. At lunch they have a special that its served fast but you could also go by their menu. I work a few blocks from Veggie Garden and I love their food. I order over the phone before I leave, and then by the time I walk there my food is ready. Puerto Rico has very few veggie options, so this place was really nice to find. Its a Hare Krishna restaurant, and might have the name "Govinda" on it. I went once and I liked it. The service is very good and the menu has a variety of choices. I never had a hummus wrap before, it was great. I want to go back and bring my son. On the menu you can find entrees, wraps and rice, beans and "meat" (not real meat) combinations. I really liked it.... More
